Visa Consultancy

Visa Consultancy

From Schengen and tourist visas to work visas, family reunification and residence permits, we support you through every visa process, from the document checklist to the final decision.

Why use a consultant for your visa application?

The most common reason for visa refusal is not missing documents but an inconsistent file: an income declaration that does not match bank transactions, reservations that do not align with the length of travel, or an invitation letter with an unclear purpose. Weroglobal reads your file through the eyes of the consulate and closes these gaps before you apply.

For each application, we draw up a document list tailored to the country and your profile, prepare forms and cover letters, schedule your appointment and track your file until your passport is back in your hands.

Which visas do we support?

  • Schengen and tourist visas: holidays, family visits, trade fairs and short trips
  • Business visas: business meetings, trade fairs and conference attendance
  • Work visas: employment with a job offer, EU Blue Card, Germany Opportunity Card
  • Family reunification: joining your spouse or family abroad
  • Residence permits: long-term stays, renewals and change-of-status applications
  • Refusals and appeals: analysis of the refusal reason and appeals with the support of a lawyer

How does the process work?

  1. In a free initial consultation, we assess your purpose of travel and your background.
  2. We draw up your document list specific to the country and visa type.
  3. We check your documents one by one and prepare forms and cover letters.
  4. We book your appointment and give you a checklist for the application day.
  5. We track your file until a decision is reached and keep you informed of its status.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a visa application take?

Processing times depend on the country and visa type. Schengen tourist visas are usually decided within 15 days, longer in peak periods; for work and family reunification visas it can take from several weeks to several months.

My visa was refused. Can I apply again?

Yes. A refusal does not prevent you from applying again. We review the refusal grounds and decide together whether to appeal or submit a stronger new application.

Is the initial consultation free?

No, there is no charge. The first consultation is free; in it we determine the right visa type for your purpose of travel and your document checklist.
