This policy summarises how your information is collected, used and protected when you use Weroglobal sites and our digital services (file tracking, online payment, online appointments, partner portal). For detailed information, please review the KVKK Privacy Notice.
1. Information we collect
- What you share in forms: full name, phone, email, the country and service you are interested in, your message, the appointment time you choose.
- What you submit during the service: passport, diploma, transcript, language and financial documents (stored encrypted).
- Campaign source: which advertisement or link brought you to us (added to your request only when you submit a form).
- Technical information: session and transaction logs for security.
2. How do we use it?
- To respond to your request, plan initial consultations and appointments, and send appointment reminders,
- To prepare your school and visa applications and notify you of your file status by email / SMS / (with your consent) WhatsApp,
- To send online payment links and record your payment in your file,
- To alert you on important dates such as passport and residence permit expiry dates,
- To measure in aggregate which channels our requests come from and improve our service,
- To fulfil legal obligations and ensure security.
3. Sharing
Your information is never sold or rented. It is shared only to the extent necessary for the service with the schools and consulates you apply to, the lawyer assigned to your file, the payment institution, the invoicing service provider, SMS / email / hosting service providers and competent authorities. Your card details never reach our Company.
4. Security
Documents are stored encrypted, the admin panel is accessed with two-factor authentication and access is logged. When you log in to the file tracking page, a one-time verification code is sent to you; do not share this code with anyone.
